Sechs Monate Prototype-Fund-Förderung gingen viel zu schnell vorbei, als dass wir jetzt schon aufhören möchten. Wir hoffen, euch geht es genauso. Deswegen ist diese Mail kein Abschied, sondern eine Einladung. /Schlussberichte & wichtige To-Dos/ Die Abgabefrist für die Schlussberichte ist nun abgelaufen und wir hoffen, dass ihr alle eure Berichte abgeben konntet. Wenn das nicht der Fall ist, meldet euch bitte sofort (falls noch nicht geschehen) bei euren Ansprechpartner*innen beim DLR-PT! Liebe Prototypler*innen! *(English version below)* tl;dr in dieser Mail - Demo Day, yay! - Nachhaltigkeit-Interviews - Schlussbericht - Reisekosten Fast geschafft! Nach dem Demo Day stehen noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten an - und wir senden euch auch noch ein paar wichtige Infos und Dokumente. Eine Zusammenfassung der wichtigsten Infos zum Offboarding findet ihr auch im Wiki: https://wiki.prototypefund.de/Offboarding *Demo Day, yay!* Danke an alle für die tollen Vorträge, Panels und Demos! Wir hoffen, dass der Tag für euch genauso spannend war wie für uns <3 Ihr habt bestimmt gemerkt, dass ein Fotograf und ein Videoteam vor Ort waren: In den nächsten Wochen werden wir eine Auswahl an Fotos und ein zusammenfassendes Video veröffentlichen. Wenn ihr neugierig seid: Stay tuned! *Nachhaltigkeitsforschung:* Wie ihr sicherlich wisst, ist der Prototype Fund mehr als nur ein Förderprogramm – wir forschen auch zu Innovationen. Deshalb ist es für uns hilfreich, wenn wir euch nach Ende der Förderrunde noch einige Fragen zu eurem Projekt und seiner Weiterentwicklung stellen können. Sophia wird sich dafür in ca. 6 Monaten bei euch zur Terminvereinbarung melden. Ihr findet dafür eine Vorlage im Wiki, die ihr einfach ausfüllen müsst. Dazu könnt ihr euch gut auf euren Antrag bei der Bewerbung beziehen. Bei Fragen wendet ihr euch am besten direkt an eure*n Betreuer*in beim DLR-PT. Sophia will email you in 6 months to set up some interviews. Please participate - without research, there is no Prototype Fund! *Final report* After your funding ends it is time for the final report! It's not very complicated: You'll find a template in our wiki, which you simply have to fill. Generally people find it helpful to use their application text as a basis for this. Liebe Prototypler*innen, *(English version below)* am Montag ist es so weit - wir sehen uns in Berlin zum Demo Day, dem Abschluss eurer Runde! Wir freuen uns schon sehr auf eure Demos, Panels und Vorträge, und auch darauf, am Abend danach auf euch, eure Projekte und unsere sechsmonatige Zusammenarbeit anzustoßen :) Hier kommen die letzten wichtigen Informationen - das meiste haben wir schon kommuniziert, aber wir bitten euch, alles sorgfältig zu lesen, damit der Tag reibungslos verläuft: - Bitte seid alle sehr pünktlich da! Der Demo Day ist die einzige öffentliche Veranstaltung des Prototype Fund, und für eure Projekte und das Förderprogramm im Allgemeinen ist es wichtig für uns, dass das Event gut läuft. - *DEMOS*: Alle Teams, die Tische für Live-Demos haben, sind bitte bereits zwischen 9.30 und und 10 Uhr vor Ort, damit die Vorbereitungen durch sind, wenn die Gäste um 10.30 Uhr ankommen. Wenn ihr ankommt, meldet euch bitte kurz beim Tisch am Eingang an, dann kommt direkt zu uns (Marie & Marie-Lena), um euren Demo-Platz zu bekommen. Auch relevant: Wenn ihr ein Poster an die Wand hängen wollt, schickt uns bitte bis Freitag eine Mail, damit wir sicherstellen können, dass ihr einen Platz bekommt, an dem ihr ein Poster aufhängen könnt. First come, first served! - *BÜHNE*: Alle Projekte, die sich in Panels und Vorträgen vorstellen, kommen bitte zwischen 10.00 und spätestens 10.30 Uhr an. Wenn ihr ankommt, meldet euch bitte kurz beim Tisch am Eingang an, dann stellt ihr euch bei unserem Moderator Tobi vor. Für alle, die nicht beim Demo Day der 13. We're really looking forward to your demos, panels and talks, and also to raising a glass to you, your projects and our 6-month collaboration in the evening afterwards :) Here come the last important bits of information - we've already communicated most of it, but we ask you to read everything carefully to make sure the day goes smoothly: - Please all be there on time! Demo Day is the Prototype Fund's only public event, and for your projects and the funding program in general, it is important to us that the event goes well. - *DEMOS*: All teams that have a booth for live demos, please be there between 9.30 and 10am, so that the preparations are done when the guests arrive at 10.30am. When you arrive, please check in briefly with at the desk at the entrance, then come directly to us (Marie & Marie-Lena) to get your demo spot. Also relevant: If you want to hang a poster on the wall, please email us before Wednesday so we can make sure you get a place to hang a poster. First come, first served! - *STAGE*: All projects presenting in panels and talks please be there between 10 and 10.30am at the latest. When you arrive, please register briefly at the table at the entrance, then introduce yourself to our moderator Tobi. Das Hauptthema für diese Sprechstunde ist das Thema *Communitybuilding*. Ihr könnt auch weitere Fragen für die Coaches vorbereiten, die dann gestellt werden, wenn alle Fragen zum Hauptthema beantwortet sind. Heute melde ich mich deshalb bei euch mit einer Umfrage. Das Ziel ist, zu ermitteln, wen wir mit der Förderung erreichen, wie die Förderung wirkt und was wir in Zukunft verbessern können. Außerdem visualisiert das Kommunikationsteam immer einige Daten für unsere Website. Im Februar endet für euch die Prototype Fund-Förderung und wir freuen uns darauf, mit euch die letzten sechs Monate zu zelebrieren! *Wann* Am *03. März 2025 *(ganzer Tag / ca. 10:30 Uhr bis 18:00 Uhr) *Wo* bUm (Paul-Lincke-Ufer 21, 10999 Berlin) https://bum.berlin/veranstalten/auditorium *Worum geht es beim Demo Day?* Der Demo Day ist ein Event für euch und die Community. Ihr könnt euer Projekt vorstellen, euch austauschen und vor allem eure Geschichte erzählen. Warum macht ihr das, was ihr tut? Warum ist euer Projekt wichtig und für wen ist es das? Wie soll es weiter gehen? Eine Erfolgsgeschichte ist dabei genau so gut wie grandioses Scheitern, die Learnings daraus und Motivation dahinter sind immer interessant. Wir freuen uns, wenn ihr Leute aus eurem Umfeld zum Demo Day einladen wollt! Da es weder für euch noch für unsere Gäste schön ist, 25 Projektvorstellungen am Stück zu lauschen, haben wir uns verschiedene Formate überlegt: - *Vortrag*: Ihr gebt eine 10-minütige Präsentation über euer Projekt auf der Bühne. Die Präsentation könnt ihr gerne mit ein paar Slides unterstützen, aber bitte ohne Live-Demo. - *Panel*: Zusammen mit anderen, thematisch passenden Projekten stellt ihr euer Projekt auf der Bühne vor und tauscht euch aus. - *Live-Demo*: Das Hands-On-Format! Ihr bekommt eine kleine Ausstellungsfläche, auf der ihr euer Projekt präsentieren und erklären könnt.
