Das Hauptthema für diese Sprechstunde ist das Thema *User Testing*. Ihr könnt auch weitere Fragen für die Coaches vorbereiten, die dann gestellt werden, wenn alle Fragen zum Hauptthema beantwortet sind. Egal, ob Designfragen wie Farben oder Layout, UX, Projekt-Image (Titel, Logo, Ansprache, usw.), Security und Design, oder wie man gute Textbausteine für User Interfaces schreibt (und noch viel mehr!): Das Team von Superbloom kann euch bei vielen Themen weiterhelfen. April 2024 auch auf geschäftliche Übernachtungen in Berlin gilt ( https://www.berlin.de/sen/finanzen/steuern/informationen-fuer-steuerzahler-…) Daher übernehmen wir bei euren Reisekostenabrechnungen auch die City Tax. September Hier noch einige wichtige administrative Infos zum Ablauf der Förderung und zur Kommunikation mit uns. *Euer Förderbescheid* Ihr bekommt einen dicken Umschlag vom Projektträger DLR oder habt ihn schon bekommen. Darin befindet sich der Zuwendungsbescheid. Einzelpersonen sowie im Fall einer GbR deren Geschäftsführer*in erhalten weitere wichtige Dokumente. Zwei davon, nämlich eure Empfangsbestätigung und euren Antrag auf Zugang zu Profi Online (zum Berechnen der Stundenzettel), druckt ihr bitte aus und schickt sie unterschrieben zurück an den DLR-Projektträger. *Kickoff-Formular* Beantwortet bitte die Fragen im Kick-Off-Formular bis *Montag, den 9. In it you will find the funding notification. Individuals and, in the case of a GbR, the managing director will receive other important documents. Please print out two of them, namely your confirmation of receipt (*Empfangsbestätigung*) and your application for accessing Profi Online (for calculating timesheets), and sign them and send them back to the DLR project carrier. *Kick-off form* Please answer the questions in the kick-off form *by Monday, September 9th*. September, geht es los, wir starten mit dem Kick-Off-Workshop in eure Förderphase – wir freuen uns schon sehr darauf, euch alle in Person kennenzulernen! *Wann* 2. Liebe Projekte der 16. Runde, *(English version below)* ihr habt noch bis zum *31. Juli um 12 Uhr* Zeit an projektbetreuung(a)prototypefund.de zurückzumelden, wenn ihr Reisekosten zum Kick-Off einreichen wollt - sonst werden die Reisekosten nicht übernommen. Wenn ihr für den Demo Day nach Berlin reisen müsst, erstatten wir euch die Anfahrt (bitte mit Bahn, Bus - Auto nur nach Absprache, wenn es nicht anders geht) sowie eine oder zwei Übernachtungen im Hotel. WICHTIG: Damit wir die Finanzen dafür organisieren können, müssen wir bis spätestens 31. Juli, 12:00 Uhr, wissen: - ob ihr nach Berlin reist, - wieviele Teammitglieder kommen (Reminder: bei Teams können wir nur für Menschen Reisekosten übernehmen, die offiziell Teil der Förderung und der GbR sind), - von wo aus ihr anreist (wenn ihr bereits gebucht habt, wäre es sehr hilfreich zu wissen, wieviel euer Ticket kostet) - und ob ihr eine oder zwei Übernachtungen in einem Hotel plant (auch hier wäre es sehr hilfreich, wenn ihr bereits gebucht habt, wie viel euer Aufenthalt kostet). Juli bei uns meldet, muss die Kosten selbst tragen.* Bitte kümmert euch selbst um die Buchung - es steht euch natürlich frei, das Hotel zu wählen, solange der Preis unter 70 Euro/Nacht ohne Frühstück liegt (wir frühstücken ohnehin auf der Veranstaltung). Teams können auch gern Airbnbs oder ähnliche Alternativen buchen. Wir möchten euch allen die Teilhabe an unseren Events ermöglichen und versuchen daher, Veranstaltungen und die Anreise so barrierefrei wie möglich zu gestalten. Solltet ihr in diesem Rahmen besondere Bedürfnisse bei der Reise oder Übernachtung haben, können im Einzelfall höhere Reisekosten erstattet werden. Wenn euch zum Beispiel ein Hotel in der Nähe des Veranstaltungsorts oder eine Taxifahrt die Teilnahme an einer PTF-Veranstaltung im Sinne der Barrierefreiheit erleichtert oder sogar erst ermöglicht, meldet euch bei uns! Liebe Projekte der 16. Runde, *(English version below)* *WICHTIG:* Bis 31. Juli um 12 Uhr spätestens an projektbetreuung(a)prototypefund.de zurückmelden, wenn ihr Reisekosten braucht (s. u.). - sonst werden die Reisekosten nicht übernommen. Diese Mail ist nur für diejenigen wichtig, die zum Kick-Off nach Berlin reisen. Wie versprochen kommen hier die Infos zu den Reisekosten: Wenn ihr für den Demo Day nach Berlin reisen müsst, erstatten wir euch die Anfahrt (bitte mit Bahn, Bus - Auto nur nach Absprache, wenn es nicht anders geht) sowie eine oder zwei Übernachtungen im Hotel. *WICHTIG:* Damit wir die Finanzen dafür organisieren können, müssen wir bis spätestens 31. Marie-Lena ist seit Januar 2024 im Team dabei. Sie hat Nahoststudien und Politikwissenschaft in Halle, Marburg und Kairo studiert. Zuvor hat sie in einem Projekt für digitale Demokratieförderung gearbeitet und sich mit Strategien gegen Desinformation, gruppenbezogene Menschenfeindlichkeit und Radikalisierung im Netz beschäftigt.
