Februar um 14 Uhr, findet eine freiwillige Sprechstunde statt, bei der ihr uns Last-Minute-Fragen zum Demo Day (oder zu anderen Themen) stellen könnt. Habt ihr noch Fragen, Unsicherheiten, braucht ihr noch Unterstützung oder habt einfach Lust, Hallo zu sagen? Kommt vorbei! Wann: 17. Die Reisekosten könnt ihr in dieser Umfrage anmelden: https://umfrage.prototypefund.de/index.php/258527?newtest=Y&lang=de-informal. *Wer die Richtlinien für Reisekosten nicht einhält oder sie nicht bis zum 5. Februar, 12:00 Uhr bei uns angemeldet hat, muss die Kosten selbst tragen.* - Wir wollen wissen, ob die Infos zu eurem Projekt auf unserer Projektwebseite aktuell sind: https://prototypefund.de/projects/round-16/. Bitte gebt uns *bis zum 31. Januar* eine kurze Rückmeldung, ob alles soweit stimmt oder ob es Änderungen gibt, die wir vornehmen sollen. Ansonsten gehen wir davon aus, dass alles beim Alten geblieben ist. - Nur relevant, wenn ihr ein Panel oder einen Vortrag beim Demo Day habt: Wir müssen wissen, wer euer Projekt auf der Bühne vertreten wird (bei Panels 1 Person, bei Vorträgen sind auch mehrere Teammitglieder möglich). Bitte gebt uns ebenfalls *bis zum 10. Februar* Bescheid! *Anmeldung Demo Day* *Wichtig:* Wenn ihr Teil des offiziell geförderten Teams dieser Runde seid, steht ihr automatisch auf der Gästeliste für den Demo Day. Wenn ihr in eurem Projekt mitarbeitet und *nicht Teil der offiziellen Förderung seid*, bitten wir euch, euch einmal der Form halber via Pretix für den Demo Day anzumelden, wenn ihr vorhabt, zu kommen (Gutscheincode PTFROUND16): https://prototypefund.de/demo-day/ Natürlich könnt ihr auch Gäste zum Event einladen - sie können sich ebenfalls über unsere Webseite anmelden. Dort findet ihr auch alle weiteren Infos für Gäste und das Programm. *Persönliche Einladungen zum Demo Day* Weil wir wollen, dass der Tag euch neben viel Spaß auch den größtmöglichen Nutzen bringt, probieren wir immer, für die Projekte inhaltlich passende Gäste persönlich einzuladen. Wir haben selbst schon recherchiert und ein paar spannende Organisationen etc. angeschrieben, möchten euch aber auch direkt fragen: Gibt es Firmen, Verbände, NGOs oder Einzelpersonen, die unbedingt von eurem Projekt wissen sollten und die ihr auf dem Demo Day sehen wollt? In this call you can ask us last minute questions regarding the Demo Day (or other topics). If you still have questions, doubts, you need some support or you just want to say hi, come by! You can register your travel expenses in this survey: https://umfrage.prototypefund.de/index.php/258527?lang=en. *If you do not comply with the guidelines for travel expenses or have not registered them with us by February 5th, 12:00 noon, you will have to bear the costs yourself.* - We want to know if the information about your project on our project website is up to date: https://prototypefund.de/projects/round-16/. Please let us know *by January 31st* whether everything is correct or whether there are any changes we should make. Otherwise we assume that everything has remained the same. - Only relevant if you have a panel or a presentation at Demo Day: We need to know who will represent your project on stage (1 person for panels, several team members for presentations). Please also let us know *by February 10th*! *Registration Demo Day* *Important*: If you are part of the officially funded team of this round, you are automatically on the guest list for the Demo Day. If you are working on your project and are *not part of the officially funded team*, we ask you to register for the Demo Day via Pretix for organisational reasons if you plan to attend (voucher PTFROUND16): https://prototypefund.de/en/demo-day/ Of course you can also invite guests to the event - they can register via our website as well. There you can also find all further information and the agenda (currently only in German). *Personal invitations to Demo Day* Because we want the day to bring you the greatest possible benefit as well as lots of fun, we always try to personally invite relevant guests for the projects. We have already done our own research and written to a few exciting organizations etc., but we also want to ask you directly: Are there any companies, associations, NGOs or individuals who should definitely know about your project and who you would like to see at Demo Day?
