Juli findet die 4. und letzte Sprechstunde mit Superbloom statt. Im Call mit Superbloom auf BigBlueButton könnt ihr euch mit Expert*innen über eure Projekte austauschen. - In der ersten Hälfte wird ein Hauptthema für die Sprechstunde diskutiert. In diesem Call wird es um das Thema *Community* *building* gehen. - Die zweite Hälfte ist themenoffen. Das ist z.B eine gute Gelegenheit, um Design-Expert*innen eure Webseite, App usw. zu zeigen und schnelles Feedback zu bekommen. Egal, ob Designfragen wie Farben oder Layout, UX, Projekt-Image (Titel, Logo, Ansprache, usw.), User Testing, Security und Design, oder wie man gute Textbausteine für User Interfaces schreibt (und noch viel mehr!): Das Team von Superbloom kann euch bei vielen Themen weiterhelfen. Im August endet für euch die Prototype Fund-Förderung und wir freuen uns darauf, mit euch die letzten sechs Monate zu zelebrieren! *Wann:* Am 3. September 2024 (ganzer Tag / 10:30 Uhr bis 18:00 Uhr) *Wo:* bUm (Paul-Lincke-Ufer 21, 10999 Berlin) https://bum.berlin/veranstalten/auditorium *Worum geht es beim Demo Day?* Der Demo Day ist ein Event für euch und die Community. Ihr könnt euer Projekt vorstellen, euch austauschen und vor allem eure Geschichte erzählen. Warum macht ihr das, was ihr tut? Warum ist euer Projekt wichtig und für wen ist es das? Wie soll es weiter gehen? Eine Erfolgsgeschichte ist dabei genau so gut wie grandioses Scheitern, die Learnings daraus und Motivation dahinter sind immer interessant. Wir freuen uns, wenn ihr Leute aus eurem Umfeld zum Demo Day einladen wollt! Den Link zur Anmeldung und das Programm teilen wir zeitnah mit euch, damit ihr es an eure Gäste weiterleiten könnt. *Eure Projektvorstellungen:* Neben ein paar offiziellen Worten und einer thematischen Einführung gehört der Tag euch. Da es weder für euch noch für unsere Gäste schön ist, 22 Projektvorstellungen am Stück zu lauschen, haben wir uns verschiedene Formate überlegt: - *Vortrag*: Ihr gebt eine 10-minütige Präsentation über euer Projekt auf der Bühne. Die Präsentation könnt ihr gerne mit ein paar Slides unterstützen, aber bitte ohne Live-Demo. - *Panel*: Zusammen mit anderen, thematisch passenden Projekten stellt ihr euer Projekt auf der Bühne vor und tauscht euch aus. - *Live-Demo*: Das Hands-On-Format! Ihr bekommt eine kleine Ausstellungsfläche, auf der ihr euer Projekt präsentieren und erklären könnt. In den nächsten Tagen bekommt ihr eine gesonderte Mail von uns mit weiteren Details, je nachdem in welcher Gruppe ihr seid. Und gleich kommt eine zweite Mail mit Infos zu den Reisekosten. Nach der Veranstaltung werden wir den Abend in einem Biergarten in der Nähe zusammen ausklingen lassen. Wenn ihr dabei sein wollt, plant nicht nur die Nacht vor dem Demo Day, sondern auch die Nacht danach im Hotel zu verbringen. Bei Fragen stehen wir euch natürlich jederzeit zur Verfügung. This is for instance a great opportunity to show design experts your website, app, etc. and get quick feedback. You can present your project, exchange ideas and, most importantly, tell your story. Why are you working on your project? Why does this issue matter to you, who will your work be helpful for? What are the next steps for your project? A success story is just as good as a grandiose failure, the lessons learned and the motivation behind it are always interesting. If you'd like to invite people from your community to Demo Day, that would be great! We will share the registration link and the agenda with you soon so that you can pass it on to your guests. *Your presentation:* Besides a few official speeches and a keynote talk, the day belongs to you. Since it is neither nice for you nor for our guests to listen to 22 project presentations in a row, we have come up with different formats: - *Presentation*: You give a 10-minute presentation about your project on stage. You are welcome to support the presentation with some slides, but please without a live demo. - *Panel*: Together with other, thematically fitting projects you present your project on stage and exchange ideas. - *Live Demo*: The hands-on format! You will get a small exhibition space where you can present and explain your project. This week, you will receive a separate mail from us with further details about your presentation, depending on which group you are in. And right after this email we'll send a second one with info about your travel expenses! After the event we will finish the evening together in a beer garden nearby. If you want to be there, plan to stay in a hotel not only the night before Demo Day, but also the night after. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
