Februar *Reminder: Sprechstunde* Hier kommt ein kurzer Reminder zu unserer Sprechstunde, die nächste Woche stattfindet: Manchmal gibt es wichtige oder dringende Fragen, die vor Beginn der Förderzeit beantwortet werden müssen. Oder ihr möchtet mit der Planung beginnen und wollt wissen, was auf euch zukommen wird. Oder ihr seid einfach neugierig und möchtet das Team Prototype Fund so schnell wie möglich kennen lernen: Dafür ist die Sprechstunde da! Am Mittwoch, 7. Februar, beantworten wir ab 17 Uhr (bis ca. 18 Uhr) eure Fragen auf BigBlueButton. Kommt einfach vorbei und stellt eure Fragen! Reminder: Bei administrativen Fragen kann euch das DLR-PT immer besser helfen. Februar, 12 Uhr* Zeit an projektbetreuung@prototypefund.de zurückzumelden, wenn ihr Reisekosten zum Kick-Off einreichen wollt - sonst werden die Reisekosten nicht übernommen. Wenn ihr für den Kick-Off nach Berlin reisen müsst, erstatten wir euch die Anfahrt (bitte mit Bahn, Bus - Auto nur nach Absprache, wenn es nicht anders geht) sowie eine oder zwei Übernachtungen im Hotel. WICHTIG: Damit wir die Finanzen dafür organisieren können, müssen wir bis spätestens 8. Februar, 12.00 Uhr, wissen: - ob ihr nach Berlin reist, - wieviele Teammitglieder kommen (Reminder: bei Teams können wir nur für Menschen Reisekosten übernehmen, die offiziell Teil der Förderung und der GbR sind), - von wo aus ihr anreist (wenn ihr bereits gebucht habt, wäre es sehr hilfreich zu wissen, wieviel euer Ticket kostet) - und ob ihr eine oder zwei Übernachtungen in einem Hotel plant (auch hier wäre es sehr hilfreich, wenn ihr bereits gebucht habt, wie viel euer Aufenthalt kostet). Februar bei uns meldet, muss die Kosten selbst tragen. Bitte kümmert euch selbst um die Buchung - es steht euch natürlich frei, das Hotel zu wählen, solange der Preis unter 70 Euro/Nacht ohne Frühstück liegt (wir frühstücken ohnehin auf der Veranstaltung). Teams können auch gern Airbnbs oder ähnliche Alternativen buchen. Wir empfehlen euch, so schnell wie möglich zu buchen! Am Tag nach dem Kick-Off findet der Demo Day der 14. Förderrunde in Berlin statt. Ihr seid alle sehr herzlich eingeladen! On Wednesday, February 7th, we'll be answering your questions on BigBlueButton from 5pm (until about 6pm). Just come by and ask your questions! If you have to travel to Berlin for the event, we will cover your travel expenses (by train or bus - if you really need to travel by car, please contact us asap!) as well as one or two nights in a hotel. IMPORTANT: In order for us to organize the finances for the event, we need to know by February 8th, 12 noon at the latest: - if you're travelling to Berlin, - how many team members are coming (reminder: for the teams we can only reimburse travel expenses for the team members which are official part of the funding and of the GbR), - from where you travel (if you have already booked, it would be very helpful for us to know how much your tickets cost) - if you are planning to stay one or two nights in a hotel (here as well it would be helpful to know the costs if you have already booked) Please email your answers to projektbetreuung@prototypefund.de - thank you! Teams are also welcome to book Airbnbs or similar alternatives. We recommend booking as early as possible! The Demo Day of our 14th funding round will take place the day after the Kick-Off in Berlin. You are all very welcome to attend!
