den Demo Day bis Ende diesen Monats bei uns per Post angekommen sein
müssen. Wenn ihr sie bis Mitte nächster Woche abschickt, sollten sie auf
jeden Fall noch pünktlich bei uns ankommen.

*Wichtiger Hinweis:* Reisekosten, die nicht korrekt und pünktlich
eingereicht oder nicht vorher mit uns besprochen wurden, können wir nicht
erstatten. Wenn ihr beim Ausfüllen Fragen habt, könnt ihr uns gerne eine

We would like to remind you that the travel expense forms for the Demo Day
must have arrived by post by the end of this month. If you send them off
until next Wednesday, they should definitely reach us on time.

*Demo Day, yay!*
Danke an alle für die tollen Vorträge, Panels und Demos! Wir hoffen, dass
der Tag für euch genauso spannend war wie für uns <3
Ihr habt bestimmt gemerkt, dass ein Fotograf und ein Videoteam vor Ort
waren: In den nächsten Wochen werden wir eine Auswahl an Fotos und ein
zusammenfassendes Video veröffentlichen. Wenn ihr neugierig seid: Stay
tuned!
*Nachhaltigkeitsforschung:*
Wie ihr sicherlich wisst, ist der Prototype Fund mehr als nur ein
Förderprogramm – wir forschen auch zu Innovationen. Deshalb ist es für uns
hilfreich, wenn wir euch nach Ende der Förderrunde noch einige Fragen zu
eurem Projekt und seiner Weiterentwicklung stellen können. Sophia wird sich
dafür in ca. 6 Monaten bei euch zur Terminvereinbarung melden. Macht bitte
mit - ohne Begleitforschung gibt es keinen Prototype Fund!
*Schlussbericht:*
Mit Ende der Förderung durch den Prototype Fund steht euer Schlussbericht
an. Ihr findet dafür eine Vorlage im Wiki, die ihr einfach ausfüllen müsst.
Dazu könnt ihr euch gut auf euren Antrag bei der Bewerbung beziehen. Bei
Fragen wendet ihr euch am besten direkt an eure*n Betreuer*in beim DLR-PT.

Bitte schickt dem DLR-PT keine gescannte Kopie eures Berichts - das DLR-PT
bittet um pdf-Dateien, die direkt aus dem Originaldokument exportiert
werden. Achtet auch bitte darauf, dass die Datei, die ihr schickt, nicht
größer als notwendig ist.
Und denkt beim Schreiben daran, dass die Schlussberichte veröffentlicht
werden.
*Reisekosten*
Last but not least: Wenn ihr für den Demo Day nach Berlin gereist seid,
schulden wir euch eine Reisekostenerstattung!
*Wichtig:* Wir wurden von euch darauf hingewiesen, dass die City Tax seit
dem 1. April 2024 auch auf geschäftliche Übernachtungen in Berlin gilt (

Daher übernehmen wir bei euren Reisekostenabrechnungen auch die City Tax.

Almost done! After Demo Day, there are still a few small things to do - and
we're also sending you some important information and documents.

*Demo Day, yay!*
Thank you all for your great talks, panels and demos! We had a great day
with us and hope you enjoyed it too <3
You will have noticed that a photographer and a video team were on site: We
will be publishing a selection of photos and a summary video in the next
few weeks. If you are curious: Stay tuned!
*Research interviews*
As you probably know the Prototype Fund is more than a funding program - we
also do research about innovation. For this reason it is very helpful for
us if you agree to tell us a bit more about your project and how it evolved
after your funding time. Sophia will email you in 6 months to set up some
interviews. Please participate - without research, there is no Prototype
Fund!
*Final report*
After your funding ends it is time for the final report! It's not very
complicated: You'll find a template in our wiki, which you simply have to
fill. Generally people find it helpful to use their application text as a
basis for this. If you have any questions about the report, please get in
touch with your contact person at DLR-PT.

Please do not send DLR-PT a scanned copy of your report - DLR-PT asks for
pdf files exported directly from the original document. Also, please make
sure that the file you send is not larger than necessary.
And don't forget that your report will be available to read for the public.
*Travel expenses*
Last but not least: If you traveled to Berlin for the Demo Day, we owe you
some money for your expenses!
*Important*: We have been made aware by you that the City Tax also applies
to business stays in Berlin as of April 1st, 2024 (

We will therefore also reimburse the City Tax as part of your travel
expense reports.
