Am Montag findet unser zweiter Gruppencall statt :)
Der Termin ist nicht optional, mindestens eine Person pro Projekt sollte

Der zweite Gruppencall wird am Montag, den 27. Mai, um 14 Uhr stattfinden.
Wir wollen uns mit euch austauschen und euch die Gelegenheit geben, euch
besser kennenzulernen, gegenseitig zu unterstützen und voneinander zu
lernen.
Es dürfen alle Teammitglieder teilnehmen, mindestens aber eins sollte dabei
sein. Falls ausnahmsweise kein Teammitglied aus einem Projekt teilnehmen
kann, meldet euch bitte so früh wie möglich bei uns.
*Wie: *In jedem Gruppencall werden 5-6 Projekte ihre Arbeit vorstellen. Die

Keine Panik! Ihr müsst nicht viel vorbereiten: Es geht beim Call darum,
einen Überblick über euren aktuellen Stand zu geben und über euer Projekt
zu sprechen, ohne dass ihr euch dafür zusätzliche Arbeit machen müsst.
Jedes Projekt bekommt maximal 4 Minuten Zeit für die Vorstellung. Zeigt uns
einfach, was ihr bereits habt: Ein einfacher Rundgang durch eure bestehende
Software, Design-Mockups, Screenshots und andere visuelle Beispiele aus
eurem Arbeitsprozess sind z. B. großartig! Und weil wir wissen, dass noch
nicht jede*r funktionierende Software und fertige Designs hat: Keine Angst,
wir erwarten keine fertig gestellten Demos, ein Zwischenstand reicht
vollkommen!

*Sprechstunde mit Superbloom*
Auch im Juni habt ihr zusätzlich zu den Coachings die Möglichkeit, euch in
einer Sprechstunde mit Superbloom auf BigBlueButton mit Expert*innen über
eure Projekte auszutauschen.
Das Hauptthema für diese Sprechstunde ist das Thema *Fundraising &
Sustainability*.
Ihr könnt auch weitere Fragen für die Coaches vorbereiten, die dann
gestellt werden, wenn alle Fragen zum Hauptthema beantwortet sind. Egal, ob
Designfragen wie Farben oder Layout, UX, Projekt-Image (Titel, Logo,
Ansprache, usw.), Security und Design, oder wie man gute Textbausteine für
User Interfaces schreibt (und noch viel mehr!): Das Team von Superbloom
kann euch bei vielen Themen weiterhelfen.
Überlegt euch gerne vorher, welche Herausforderungen und Probleme euch
gerade beschäftigen und bringt eure Fragen dazu mit! (Der Call ist
optional.)

The second group call will take place on Monday 27 May at 2 pm. We want to
exchange ideas with you and give you the opportunity to get to know each
other better, support each other and learn from each other.

Don't panic! You don't need to prepare much: The call is all about giving
an overview of your current status and talking about your project without
you having to do any extra work.
Each project will be given a maximum of 4 minutes to present. Just show us
what you already have: a simple tour of your existing software, design
mockups, screenshots and other visual examples from your work process are
great, for example! And because we know that not everyone*r has working
software and finished designs yet: Don't worry, we don't expect finished
demos, an intermediate state is perfectly fine!

*Consultation hour with Superbloom*
In June, in addition to the coaching sessions, you will also have the
opportunity to talk to experts about your projects in a consultation with
Superbloom on BigBlueButton.
The main topic for this consultation hour is *fundraising & sustainability*.
You can also prepare further questions for the coaches, which will be asked
once all questions on the main topic have been answered. Whether design
questions such as colours or layout, UX, project image (title, logo,
approach, etc.), security and design, or how to write good text modules for
user interfaces (and much more!): The Superbloom team can help you with
many topics.
Think about the challenges and problems you are currently facing and bring
your questions with you! (The call is optional.)

Kurzer Reminder: Am Montag, den 06. Mai findet von 14:00 bis 15.30 Uhr das
Gründungsseminar mit unserem Coachingpartner VDI/VDE statt.
In diesem Seminar geht es darum, die Grundlagen von Gründungen und
Geschäftsmodellen zu verstehen und weitere Ideen zu bekommen, wie ihr eure
Projekte langfristig finanzieren könnt. Wir wissen natürlich, dass
Gründungen nicht für alle Projekte der richtige Weg sind, deshalb ist
dieses Seminar optional. Aber auch wenn ihr nicht gründen wollt, seid ihr
herzlich eingeladen, an diesem Seminar teilzunehmen und zu lernen.

Dear Prototypers,
Short reminder: On Monday, 6 May, from 2 to 3.30 p.m., an introduction to
starting a company in Germany will take place with our coaching partner
VDI/VDE.
This seminar is about understanding the basics of companies and business
models and getting more ideas on how to finance your projects in the long
term. Of course, we know that starting a company is not the best option for
all projects, so this seminar is optional. But even if you don't want to
start a business, you are welcome to join this seminar and learn.
