Hier kommen ein paar Infos zum Tag sowie ein paar zusätzliche Punkte rund um die Förderung, die wir euch gerne mitteilen möchten. *Demo Day!* ANKUNFT: Die Veranstaltung startet (pünktlich!) um 11 und endet um 18 Uhr. Ab 10.30 Uhr haben wir Obst und Croissants im bUm für alle Gäste - und nach der Veranstaltung gehen wir gemeinsam Bier oder Limo trinken! - Alle Teams, die Tische für Live-Demos haben, sind bitte bereits zwischen 9.30 und 10 Uhr vor Ort, damit die Vorbereitungen durch sind, wenn die Gäste um 10.30 Uhr ankommen. - Alle Projekte, die sich in Panels und Vorträgen vorstellen, kommen bitte zwischen 10.00 und 10.30 Uhr an. Kommt bitte nicht vor 9.30 Uhr. Wenn ihr Bedürfnisse wegen der Accessability der Räumlichkeiten habt, meldet euch gern bei uns. Here comes some info about the day as well as a few additional points that we would like to share with you. *Demo Day!* ARRIVAL: The event will start (on time!) at 11 am and end at 6 pm. We will have fruit and croissants at the venue for all guests starting at 10:30 - and after the event we will go out for beer or soft drinks together! - All teams that have tables for live demos, please be there between 9:30 and 10:00 already, so that the preparations are through when the guests arrive at 10:30. - All projects presenting in panels and talks, please be there between 10:00 and 10:30 latest. Please do not arrive before 9:30. If you have any needs regarding the accessibility of the premises, please contact us. If you know now that you will arrive late, please let us know before 23.02.
