Liebe Prototypler*innen, (English version below) tl;dr: * Neues aus dem Team Prototype Fund * Gruppencall am 15.1 /Neues aus dem Team/ Ihr habt es wahrscheinlich schon mitbekommen: Mitte Januar wird Francesca das Team Prototype Fund verlassen. Diese Woche hat unsere neue Programmmanagerin Marie-Lena bei uns angefangen - ihr werdet sie bald in den Zwischengesprächen und im Gruppencall kennenlernen! Unsere Kontaktmail bleibt projektbetreuung@prototypefund.de. /Gruppencall/ Der vierte Gruppencall wird wie geplant am Montag, den 15.1, um 14 Uhr stattfinden. Wir wollen uns mit euch austauschen und euch die Gelegenheit geben, euch besser kennenzulernen, gegenseitig zu unterstützen und voneinander zu lernen. Es dürfen alle Teammitglieder teilnehmen, mindestens aber eins sollte dabei sein. Falls ausnahmsweise kein Teammitglied aus einem Projekt teilnehmen kann, meldet euch bitte so früh wie möglich bei uns. Wie? In jedem Gruppencall werden 6-7 Projekte ihre Arbeit vorstellen. Die Projekte, die das nächste Mal präsentieren, sind: * Archivindex Builder * CTRLABILITY * Dolmetscherübungswebseite (TerpLounge) * Praxisabrechnung - Krankheitsabrechnung zurück in Ärztinnenhand * Rosenpass * Zee Keine Panik! Ihr müsst nichts vorbereiten: Es geht beim Call darum, einen Überblick über euren aktuellen Stand zu geben und über euer Projekt zu sprechen, ohne dass ihr euch dafür zusätzliche Arbeit machen müsst. Jedes Projekt bekommt maximal 4 Minuten Zeit für die Vorstellung. Zeigt uns einfach spontan, was ihr bereits habt: Ein einfacher Rundgang durch eure bestehende Software, Design-Mockups, Screenshots und andere visuelle Beispiele aus eurem Arbeitsprozess sind z. B. großartig! Und weil wir wissen, dass noch nicht jede*r funktionierende Software und fertige Designs hat: Keine Angst, wir erwarten keine fertig gestellten Demos, ein Zwischenstand reicht vollkommen! Wo? https://meet.prototypefund.de/user/mar-gez-8by-idx Ein paar kleine Regeln gibt es im Chat zu beachten: - Gebt euch einen verständlichen Namen (am Besten Vorname oder Nickname + Projekttitel) - Mikrofon bitte muten, wenn ihr nicht sprecht – es kann immer nur eine Person verständlich reden. - Besonders wenn ihr vorstellen musst, *bitten wir euch, vorher sicher zu stellen, dass BigBlueButton bei euch gut funktioniert.* Testet mal, dass euer Mikrofon und eventuell Screen Sharing und Kamera funktionieren: der BBB-Raum ist immer offen. Wir werden für technische Hilfe schon ein paar Minuten eher da sein. Während des Calls können wir euch leider nicht bei technischen Problemen helfen, weil wir uns auf die Moderation konzentrieren. You don't have to prepare anything: The point of the call is to give an overview of your current status and talk about your project without having to do any extra work. Each project gets a maximum of 4 minutes to present. Simply show us spontaneously what you already have: a simple tour through your existing software, design mockups, screenshots and other visual examples from your work process are great, for example! And because we know that not everyone has working software and finished designs yet: Don't worry, we don't expect finished demos, an intermediate state is perfectly fine!
