August, 17-18 Uhr (optional) - Wir stellen uns vor *Kick-Off* Nach der Bewältigung der Bürokratie geht es bald los mit der Prototype-Fund-Förderung eurer Projekte. Der Kick-Off-Workshop am 31. August ist unser gemeinsamer Startschuss dafür! WANN 31. August 2023 (ganzer Tag / ca. 9:00 Uhr bis 16:00 Uhr - wenn gewünscht, gern mit spontanem Ausklang zum Kennenlernen) WO "Glaskiste" auf dem ExRotaprint-Gelände Gottschedstraße 4, 13357 Berlin Wir schicken euch gleich eine zweite Mail mit allen Infos, die ihr braucht, wenn ihr für das/die Event(s) nach Berlin reisen müsst. *Kick-Off-Workshop* Auf dem Workshop geht es darum, dass sich alle Teams und Projekte kennenlernen und wir gut zusammen in die Förderphase starten. Ihr braucht nichts vorzubereiten. Vertreter*innen unseres Projektträgers (DLR) werden auch wieder anwesend sein und gerne Fragen beantworten. Der Kick-Off-Workshop ist für alle Projekte (vollständige Teams) der 14. Runde verpflichtend. Wir haben wenige begrenzte Plätze für Teammitglieder, die nicht offiziell Teil der GbRs sind. Wenn ihr sehr eng mit jemandem zusammenarbeitet, derdie unbedingt dabei sein sollte (damit meinen wir nicht Projektpartnerinnen, sondern echte Teammitglieder, die aber leider nicht Teil der GbR sein konnten), meldet euch bitte so schnell wie möglich per Mail bei uns und wir werden unser Bestes tun, um sie*ihn einzubinden. *Demo Day* Einladung Demo Day – am 1. September findet der Abschlusstag der 13. Runde in Berlin statt. Auch dazu möchten wir euch herzlich einladen! Alle Teilnehmenden der 13. Runde stellen sich und ihre Arbeit vor – eine gute Gelegenheit, um die anderen Projekte kennenzulernen. Wir freuen uns sehr darauf, euch alle individuell kennen zu lernen! Erstmal stellen wir uns aber vor, damit ihr wisst, mit wem ihr regelmäßig schreiben werdet: Marie kümmert sich seit der 5. Runde des Prototype Funds um die Projektbetreuung, seit Oktober 2021 hat sie auch die Projektleitung zusammen mit Patricia übernommen. Sie hat Journalismus studiert und beschäftigt sich hauptsächlich mit den Themen Privatsphäre, Sicherheit, und Quellenschutz. Sie hat zuvor für das Centre for Investigative Journalism und für Nextcloud gearbeitet und viele CryptoParties und andere Security-Trainings durchgeführt. Francesca ist seit Januar 2022 als studentische Hilfkraft im Team dabei, seit September 2022 kümmert sie sich um die Projektbetreuung. Sie studiert Data Science for Public Policy an der Hertie School. Mit uns arbeiten auch noch Patricia, die sich als Co-Projektleitung schwerpunktmäßig um das Thema Kommunikation kümmert, Sophia, die für die Begleitforschung und die Events zuständig ist, und Joram und unsere studentische Mitarbeiterin Feli, die uns hauptsächlich im Bereich Kommunikation unterstützen. The Kick-Off workshop on August 31st is our occasion to get started together! WHEN August 31st 2023 (entire day / ca. from 9:00 to 16:00 - with the option to have a spontaneous happy hour drink together after the event) WHERE "Glaskiste" at the ExRotaprint-Gelände Gottschedstraße 4, 13357 Berlin We will send you a second email with all the information you need if you have to travel to Berlin for the event(s). *Kick-Off-Workshop* At the Kick-Off workshop our goal is that teams and projects get to know each other and starting the funding phase together. You do not need to prepare anything. Representatives of our project carrier (DLR) will be present again and will be happy to answer questions. The Kick Off workshop is mandatory for all projects of the 14th funding round (full teams). We also have a few limited places for team members who are not officially part of the GbRs. If you work very closely with someone who should definitely be there (by this we do not mean project partners, but real team members who unfortunately could not be part of the GbR), please contact us by email as soon as possible and we will do our best to include them. *Demo Day* Demo Day invitation – The closing day event of our 13th funding round takes place on September 1st.
