Hier sind einige Infos, die hilfreich sein könnten, um zu prüfen, ob wir eure Bedürfnisse bereits abdecken: - Wir haben ein vegetarisches Catering mit veganen Optionen gebucht. - Das Programm besteht aus kurzen Vorträgen mit Folien sowie hands-on Sessions mit Papier, Stiften und anderen Bastelmaterialien. - Leider befindet sich der Workshop-Raum im ersten Stock und hat keinen Aufzug - bitte gebt uns Bescheid, wenn ihr Hilfe beim Treppensteigen braucht. Order before August 18th *Kick-Off* We are currently planning the details for the Kick-Off event and want to make sure everyone feels safe at the event. For this reason we ask you to let us know by July 31st, if there's anything we need to pay attention to in terms of accessibility and/or dietary requirements. Here are some key facts could be useful to check if we already cover your needs: - We have booked vegetarian catering with vegan options. - The program will consist in short presentations with slides as well as hands-on sessions with paper, pens and other craft materials. - Unfortunately the workshop room is in the first floor with no elevator - please let us know if you'd need help with the stairs.
