Der Wandel des Publikationssystems zu mehr Offenheit und Transparenz ist eine Aufgabe, die nur gemeinsam bewerkstelligt werden kann. Daher ist die Zusammenarbeit von Bibliotheken mit Forschenden, anderen Institutionen und Netzwerken, Förderern und Dienstleistern immens wichtig.
