The online event "Unlocking Incentives for Future Research – Empowering Early Career Researchers" will take place on November 21, 2025, at 09:30 AM (CET). It will explore how incentive structures can influence research practices and foster a more open, transparent, and sustainable academic ecosystem. Participants will have the opportunity to share their perspectives on how the German academic landscape can become more welcoming, resilient, and future-oriented. The goal is to amplify the voices of ECRs and encourage active participation.
